Refund Policy

At Taste Punjab Da, our priority is to deliver exceptional service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we offer a refund within 7 days of your subscription start date. Please take a moment to review our refund policy outlined below:

1. Refund Eligibility: You can request a refund within 7 days of your subscription start date.
2. Early Discontinuation Fee: A fee of $30 will be deducted from all refunds for early cancellation.
3. Tiffin Deduction: The cost of any tiffins provided during the subscription period will be subtracted from the refund amount.
4. No Refunds After 7 Days: Refund requests made after 7 days from the subscription start date will not be honored.
5. Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.
6. Service Area Notice: Refunds for bookings outside Surrey or Cloverdale are not eligible for a full refund. Cancellations for other cities will incur service fees, and the refund will be processed accordingly.
